I came up with the name Fat Yeti Photography because I can only remember phone numbers by what they spell; mine spells Fat-Yeti (206-328-9384). When I chose the name, I thought everyone knew what a Yeti was. Turns out, not so much.

I love taking pictures and feel honored to be able to share in capturing significant moments in the lives of my clients. I think of a photograph as a proof of life: a single moment in the life of my client that is captured for a specific reason. Whether it is a wedding or a senior portrait or a gift for a parent or partner or a picture of your favorite pooch, it is as important to me as it is to you.

Besides a fortuitous phone number, what makes me different from other photographers? I bring the value of my personality to every photo session. At a wedding or in the studio, I can make the person on the other side of my camera feel comfortable and shine; I can capture and enhance personality. Although I bring my whole self to the portrait process, I know that it is not about me. It is about collaboration and creation of a picture that you will cherish for ever.
